4) I already have a "Termite Letter" I pay for each year--- Termite Letters are State Approved Documents used only to report inspection results from a specific date. Annually paid Termite Warranties are completely different and Termite Letters generally require an additional inspection and charge for their issuance.

Termite Letters, or, officially the Georgia Wood Infestation Inspection Reports, are generally required whenever a property is sold or refinance. They are a report of the results of a visible inspection by a qualified Pest Management Professional on a specific date.
